If any user found with this then it would result in immediate termination of

Payment Terms
We accept Visa and Master Credit Card, Debit Cards and Net
banking as mode of payments which are processed through our payment gateway
provider PayU India Pvt Ltd. No information pertaining to payment is shared
with us as you fill all the payment related information on your bank's site.
Recharge and Bill Payment Terms
Infratechnologies has tied up with a third party enabler for the recharge and other bill payments services. We are not responsible for any delay, pricing or cancellation of recharge, bill payment from mobile operators or designated service provider end. However, we make best efforts to keep the service uninterrupted. User is solely responsible for the selection of mobile operator, plan, recharge amount and bill amount (for postpaid& other bill payment facilities). Infratechnologies is not responsible for talk-time given against recharge done through website as this is only at mobile operator's clearance. For bill payment user itself is solely responsible for desired amount he/she wish to pay. Further mobile operator or other service providers may consider the amount of bill paid as per their discretion. Infratechnologies is not responsible for any type of non-consideration of bill paid from operators end.

& affiliate advertising agencies and define this as complementary service. Coupon
redemption is purely subjected to specified terms and conditions mentioned by
the respective retailer. We provide coupons on behalf of the respective
retailer. We are not responsible for any damages, injuries, losses incurred by
the end user by using the coupon. You’re not allowed to post or share any coupons provided to
you on social or public forums as these are your personal coupons, if we come
across any such activity your account will be immediately suspended and query
will be entertained.
Cashback Terms
Infratechnologies has tie up with various ecommerce websites
& affiliate advertising agencies for cashback service and define this as
complementary service. Cashback is purely subjected to specify terms and
conditions mentioned by the respective retailer, affiliate advertising agency
or by us. We provide coupons on behalf of the respective retailer. We are not
responsible for any damages, injuries, losses incurred by the end user which
resulted in unsuccessful cash back.
Our cash back service allows registered users who do
recharge or bill payment with us to earn cashback on successful purchases from
respective retailers. To qualify for cashback, the retailer must confirm that
the user's purchase is tracked, genuine and successful (confirmed as a
"Successful Transaction"), and your resulting cashback must be
received by us to get eligible for cashback.
You must be at least 18 years of age to become a user and
should hold and valid Indian bank account only. We may ask your PAN account
details if required by bank.
You should keep your email account active as we may send
important notification on timely basis.
You can withdraw your validated cashback when you have at
least Rs 251 in your account or can transfer it into your closed (Infratechnologies)
wallet provided by our payment gateway partner who you can use for future
recharges or bill payments. Cashback payments by Cheque will be made only on
request and will carry an additional fee as charged by respective Bank to cover
administration and postage costs.
Links of selected cashback offers by user while availing our
services (Recharge, bill payment) will be emailed to the user. After a User successfully completes a Qualifying
Transaction, and once we have received the resulting Cashback for that
Qualifying Transaction, we pass that Cashback to the user through his/her
Cashback Receipt Method.
Please note that there are various circumstances in which a
transaction with a retailer or advertising agency may not found a “Successful
Transaction”. This generally happens when user understands that all
transactions made by him/her are with us, however are done with the individual
Retailer or any other affiliate partner whom website he/she opened
simultaneously along with links provided by us. Our FAQ pages provide further
information about these circumstances. Further, from time to time retailers, advertising
agencies may increase or decrease the commission paid – in which case the
cashback offer illustrated on our Site may be incorrect. By default, your
applicable transactions will be credited in line with the commission reported
to us by the Retailer, which may be more or less than the advertised rate. We
or our cashback partners are not responsible for any difference in the expected
cashback by the user and the actual Cashback received by the user. These
cashback are sole discretions of respective websites and are obliged to change
anytime without any notice. The link sent or provided to you by us is obtained from
retailer at good faith and we keep updating it on a daily basis. However,
sometimes particular link may not function properly. We shall not be
responsible in any manner for that failure, however we will provide you a fresh
link which may or may not have the same cash back offer.
Once we trace successful transaction from your Account, we
will credit your Account with a status 'Transaction Traced'. Once the Retailer
confirms the transaction, the payment will be marked as 'Transaction Confirmed'
– this may take up to 90 days or more from the date of the purchase. If the
goods are returned or the sale reversed or amended (exchanged) by any means then
the cashback payment will not be made. Further, in the event that the Retailer
feels that the purchase is not genuine for any reason whatsoever and we do not
receive any Cashback for the transaction, the user will not receive any
Cashback. Whether a transaction shall qualify as a Confirmed for
cashback Transaction shall be at the sole discretion of the Retailer, affiliate
advertising agency or us and user understands and accepts to the same. We shall
not be held responsible if the Retailer or advertising partners fails to report
a sale to us or does not qualify a transaction as Successful Transaction. We will make best efforts to recover non-payments from the
Retailer, the decision of ourselves; the Retailer or Retailer's tracking agent
or advertising agency will be final. Whilst we will try and recuperate missing commissions, at
any given point we reserve the right not to recover missing commission claims,
particularly where no purchase has been made. Infratechnologies reserve the right to reclaim or make
balance adjustments accordingly where it has been established that any credit
has been applied in error. This will include but is not limited to transactions where
the credit is not genuinely due or payment for any credited transaction has not
been received from a Retailer or its agencies and/or misuse or fraud. This can
include transactions which are already marked as payable or validated in your
Account, or for transactions which have already been paid over to you by online
transfer, cheque or any other means. You’re not allowed to post or share any cash back link on
social or public forums are these are your personal links, if we come across
any such activity your account will be immediately suspended and you won’t get
any cash back from us.
General Conditions
